Manufacturers and importers of children's products must issue a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) based on test results from a CPSC-accepted laboratory to demonstrate compliance with applicable safety requirements.

Section 105: Labeling requirements for toy and game advertisements.
Section 106: Mandatory toy safety standards (e.g., ASTM F963).
