GB/T 50430 is the first national standard for quality management in engineering construction enterprises. It was drafted by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development to enhance the quality management of engineering construction enterprises and standardize a series of processes, including engineering bidding, signing of construction contracts, site surveys, design of construction drawings, preparation of relevant construction work instructions, mobilization of personnel, machines, and materials, management and inspection during the construction process, internal completion acceptance, final delivery and acceptance, handover of archives and personnel departure, as well as warranty services.

Service Introduction

GB/T 50430, Code for Quality Management of Construction Enterprises, is China’s first national standard dedicated to standardizing quality management practices in the construction sector. Initially released on October 23, 2007, and implemented on March 1, 2008, it provides a comprehensive framework to regulate workflows across the entire project lifecycle—from bidding and contract execution to warranty services.
