International Organization Certification
GCF、PTCRB、CB、Bluetooth SIG
Globally, a multitude of international organizations and industry associations are committed to advancing worldwide standardization. These bodies mandate that enterprises establish management systems aligned with specific standards to ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. By obtaining international standard certifications, businesses can elevate brand credibility, strengthen market competitiveness, and meet the stringent compliance demands of global markets.
Service Overview

GCF

  • Established in 1999, the Global Certification Forum (GCF) was jointly founded by mobile operators and terminal manufacturers to ensure global interoperability of mobile devices through an independent certification process. While GCF remains a voluntary certification, it is commonly mandated by European operators.

PTCRB

  • Established in 1997 by North American mobile operators, the PCS Type Certification Review Board (PTCRB) is a voluntary certification program designed to ensure terminal compatibility with the mobile networks of participating PTCRB operators. While initially region-specific, operators requiring PTCRB certification now extend beyond North America to global markets.

CB

  • CB Scheme, established by the IECEE, is an international certification framework designed to verify product compliance with global standards and secure international recognition. Testing under the CB Scheme adheres to IEC series standards, enabling certified products to circulate and be marketed across participating countries without redundant testing or recertification.

Bluetooth SIG

  • The Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG), established in 1998, is a multinational non-profit organization that oversees the development and licensing of Bluetooth technology. As the governing body responsible for creating Bluetooth technical specifications, the SIG maintains ownership of the Bluetooth trademark and manages its licensing to manufacturers worldwide. The organization administers a rigorous certification process to ensure products meet established Bluetooth standards, thereby driving the global adoption and innovative application of wireless connectivity solutions. This technology consortium currently represents a global community comprising over 40,000 member companies across telecommunications, computing, and consumer electronics industries.
