Conference Overview On the afternoon of November 5, the "Integration of Sustainable Development and Digitalization under International Mutual Recognition Mechanisms" conference, jointly organized by the Shanghai Energy Efficiency Center (Shanghai Industrial Green Development Promotion Center) and the Shanghai Green Wing Product Environmental Declaration Promotion Center (EPD Promotion Center), was held. The conference, themed "Digital Ecosystem Community," invited sustainability experts from various fields both domestically and internationally to share insights and exchange experiences on topics related to digital-driven industrial green and low-carbon development. The event attracted numerous international and domestic certification institutions, industry experts, and representatives, who collectively explored how digital technologies can more effectively serve industrial green and low-carbon development. Nearly a hundred representatives from municipal departments, industry associations, certification bodies, and key enterprises attended the conference. First Batch of Members The conference featured a ceremony for the first batch of certification institutions joining the Shanghai Industrial Carbon Management Public Service Platform. Ti Certification, a subsidiary of Ti Group, participated in the launch ceremony as one of the first members. Certification institutions joining the Shanghai Industrial Carbon Management Public Service Platform will conduct product carbon footprint certification and carbon efficiency evaluations for enterprises through the platform. Companies obtaining carbon footprint and other carbon-related certifications will find it easier to access green credit, green finance, and other funding support. The conference also officially launched the application channel for the "Carbon Leadership 2025 Plan," which will provide free carbon efficiency evaluations for 20 enterprises, ESG evaluations for 20 enterprises, and carbon footprint calculations for 50 products, promoting the digital and low-carbon transformation of local industrial enterprises.
